Im asking because my father has back problems and he insists on getting it but i dont think he should until he talks to someone whos had it before……if youve had it did it work? What back problem did you have? Do you feel 100% better?

I have spinal stenisos, arthritic spurs, and 3 nerves are involved. I do not want 2 spinal fusions like I’ve been told I need. That Dr. stated it was a year recovery and I would never be the same. The recovery period w/laser surgery is 4-6 wks. Any comments?

My husband needs a spinal fusion and is considering this laser surgery. It seems that directly after the surgery you go to a hotel and stay there for 5 days (going daily to the clinic). We’d like to find someone who has had experience with either laser surgery or a spinal fusion. My husband has a ruptured L5 S1 disc, lots of scar tissue and a herniated L4 S1.

I have had two laser spine surgeries. My back is no better than it was before, the doctor was terminated from the group after the second surgery, i cant swing my gulf clubs at all now and my insurance company will not pay. The insurance paid the first time but not the second. Said there were billing irregularities after the second. My issue is twofold…still in great pain and screwed by either the insurance company or the facility. Does anyone know of a lawyer in Florida that might handle this type of case.
Question regarding laser spine surgery for stenosis, buldging disc, nerve impingement?
I ask a question 5 days ago regarding information on laser spine surgery. WELL…I am 2 days post operative and the nerve pain is GONE!! All I see are smiles, looks of relief on patients faces and I am one of those. I walked, pain free, out of the clinic on the day of the procedure. I am to have a 2nd procedure on the 3rd as I had 2 levels of injury. Conventional surgeons wanted to do 2 fusions, 1 yr recovery and never the same. Best decision I ever made.
i need to know if anyone has had laser spine surgery or spinal decommpresson,and did it work,and for how long?
im 26 with three kids i really dont have 4 days a week for 6 weeks to drive 4 hours if the decommpresson dont work or just 5 days for the laser surgery and told id be fixed…help i only have a week to decide.
